NLC offers the following extra services for all transcription and translation projects. Each service is $0.50 extra per audio minute.

Video Transcription Rates:

Terms & Conditions For Next Day Service Turnaround Time
- Any uploads with a Next Day Service turnaround time must be uploaded prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) GMT (Monday through Thursday) in order to receive the transcript next day. Otherwise, your file will not be processed until the following day.
- Any uploads with a Next Day Service turnaround time uploaded after 12:00 p.m. (noon) GMT on Fridays will not be processed until Monday.
- Any files uploaded over the weekend with a Next Day Service or 24hr turnaround time will not be processed until Monday morning.
- Any uploads after 4:00 p.m. GMT Monday – Thursday will not be processed until the next morning.
- Any uploads after 4:00 p.m. GMT on Fridays will not be considered for processing until Monday morning.
